March-April 2016 a busy Outreach Season

This has been a a very busy outreach season for The Reserve. Beginning in mid-March we started with Ladera Ranch’s Spring Celebration and ended April 30 with Celebrate Ladera.

In between we participated in 6 other events to spread the word about The Reserve’s programs, volunteer opportunities and mission.  We attended San Onofre Park’s Panhe Celebration, Caspers Park Adventure Day,  visited with the employees of Ericsson on Earth Day, attended the Eco Garden Expo in S.J.C., R.M.V.’s Field Fest and hosted St. Margaret’s Episcopal school’s faculty and staff for a volunteer project at our new headquarters.

We communicated with hundreds of people and the kids had fun learning about Rosy and making some up-cycled crafts and doing nature themed activities.

Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped to make these events a huge success! We really do appreciate all their time and help and could not have participated with out them!
