Conserving Dead Trees for Cavity Nesters Lecture

September 4, 2013  Gillian Martin gave an outstanding presentation to an enthusiastic crowd who learned all about ways to restore and conserve sustainable habitats for organisms that are ecologically dependent on tree cavities.   The presentation was fun, informative and interesting.  The hands-on table, her educational power point and the question and answer period afterwards were a great way to learn about the necessity of retaining dead and dying trees for birds and other wildlife that depend on them.  The evening was fantastic!
