Wild Earth Artists Summer Day Camp on The Reserve

July 23-27, 2018: The Reserve’s second annual summer day camp was a blast! We took feedback from last year’s four-part day camp series and developed a week-long camp with longer days, from 9am-2pm, that were full of fun arts, crafts, learning about nature and playing outside. Our instrumental volunteer team and spectacular staff were joined throughout the week by special guests including Orange County Fire Authority’s Engine 56 and Rancho Mission Viejo’s very own Brent Freese, our awesome cowboy. During the week, campers enjoyed making campfire snacks, touring a fire engine, running in the sprinklers, playing games, singing songs, making tie dye, painting, sculpting, bird watching, meeting a cowboy, nature journaling while learning about outdoor safety and so much more! Missed out this year? Mark your calendars for next summer and be sure to keep an eye out for our future camps!
