Grant Ross Completes his Eagle Scout Project!
January 31, 2014 Scout Grant delivered the 10 benches that he built, for his Eagle Scout Project, to the Richard and Donna O’Neill Conservancy’s Astronomy night area. These 8-foot long benches, built out of Trex, replaced the old wooden benches which were worn to a point where they needed replacing. He and his troop put in over 200 volunteer hours, with 24 individuals helping. This Eagle Scout project has already been used and appreciated by those who came out to Saturday’s Astronomy Night program. The Reserve would like to congratulate and thank Grant on a job well done.
