Take Only Photos: Outdoor Photography Workshop

March 24, 2013:  With tripods slung across their shoulders and bags packed with lenses and light meters, participants in The Reserve’s outdoor photography workshop set off to capture the beauty of this Spring’s wildflowers.  The workshop was led by professional photographer Rick McCourt.  Rick began the morning with an overview of basic equipment needed for both outdoor and MACRO photography.  Then photographers of varying skill levels meandered along the South Ridge trail in search of their muses – wildflowers.  Beautiful pictures were taken of wild hyacinth, shooting stars, and blue-eyed grass.
