Mother’s Day Walk to the Mother Oak

May 11, 2014   It was an absolutely beautiful day to visit the Conservancy’s Mother Oak on Mother’s Day this past Sunday.  The colorful wildflowers were in bloom, the birds and bees were active and the hike up and down the Gato Trail was a wonderful way to be inspired and celebrate Mother Nature.
