We had a beautiful, clear and very chilly evening for star gazing Saturday. We listened to Mike explain what seasonal objects we were seeing in the sky and stories of the constellations. In addition to the Orion Nebulae-where new stars are born, we were able to view the Planet Uranus through the telescopes, globular clusters, open clusters, reddish star Betelgeuse & Blue-white Rigel in Orion and many other objects. We saw meteors and satellites as well. We are very grateful to our volunteers: Mike, James, Spence, Gary Andy, Ray and Catherine for making this event happen.
