Bugs and Butterflies Outreach Event at Riley Wilderness Park

June 2, 2013:  What a fun day we had at Riley Wilderness Park’s Bugs and Butterflies event.  We talked to nearly 200 kids and adults as they learned about bugs, butterflies and spiders.  Velvet, The Reserve’s tarantula was in attendance and everyone enjoyed looking at her as well as trying to detect the stick insects in their cage.  Thank you to volunteers Peggy, Melissa and Guine for helping the staff run the booth.
