Participant Cancellation
If cancellations are made prior to the close of an event’s registration, registered participants may email a
request to receive a refund or credit for future Reserve events.
- Registration for weekend events closes at 4:00 p.m. on the Friday prior to the event.
- Registration for weekday events closes at 4:00 p.m. on the day prior to the event.
If cancellations are made after the close of the event’s registration, participants will not receive a
refund, but may email a request to receive credit for future Reserve events.
No refund or credit will be given to registered participants who do not cancel and do not show for their
registered event.
Reserve Cancellation
Occasionally, The Reserve has to cancel events due to inclement weather, insufficient participation or
emergencies. Registered participants for Reserve cancelled events may email a request for either a
refund or a credit for future Reserve events.
